Day One Results

GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Allegheny women's swimming and diving team got competition at the 2023 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championships underway with the 800 freestyle relay Wednesday (Feb. 15).
 
The relay team of Jenna Halenda (Mars, Pa./Mars), Emily Spitz (Jamestown, N.Y./Jamestown), Katya Pryshchenko (Berwyn, Pa./Aim Academy) and Ariana Clark (Freeport, Pa./Freeport) finished in fourth place with a time of 8:20.21. That finish earned the Gators 30 points.
 
The second day of competition at Grove City, which features the 200 freestyle relay, 500 freestyle, 200 individual medley, 50 freestyle and the 400 medley relay, starts tomorrow with prelims at 10 am followed by finals at 6 pm.
