CANTON, Ohio -- Senior Olivia Kraus (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Allegheny) recorded three gold-medal finishes to lead the Allegheny College women's swimming and diving team at the Malone University Invitational.

The three-day midseason invite featured a deep field of 14 teams, including a handful of Division II programs and three other Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) teams. When Saturday's final races concluded, the Gators were 11th in the standings with 576.5 points.

Allegheny produced 11 top-10 finishes, six of which included Kraus. Not only did she swim on all three relay teams, the senior and two-time defending PAC champion won the 50- and 100-yard freestyle races and the 100-yard butterfly. Not only were all three times her best of the season, but her time of 51.22 seconds in the 100-yard freestyle and 58.97 seconds in the 100-yard butterfly both marked the second-best of her Allegheny career.

Sophomore Josephine Reiter (Pittsburgh, Pa./CAPA) also turned in season-best times in the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke races. She was third in the 100-yard event at 1:10.60 and fourth in the longer race at 2:38.08.

Fellow sophomore Anna Kohler (Sewickley, Pa./Avonworth) not only had two 10th-place finishes in the 100- and 200-yard butterfly races, she joined Kraus as the only other Gator to participate in all three relays.
