MEADVILLE, Pa. -- Case Western Reserve University scored a pair of second-half goals to down the Allegheny College men's soccer team by a 2-0 margin on the grass field at the Robertson Athletic Complex.
The Gators (1-4-0) shut out the Spartans (3-1-2) for the first 49 minutes of action. However, Sean Atwater broke the scoreless draw in the 50th minute, before handing out the primary assist on a Lukas Dalakis goal in the 65th minute.
Allegheny was limited to a pair of shots in the second half, although many of the team's best chances failed to produce a shot on the stat sheet.
