GRANVILLE, Ohio – The Allegheny women's lacrosse team fell in North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) action to 21st-ranked Denison, 16-9, Saturday (April 2) on the road.
Senna Perelman (Cleveland, Ohio/Cleveland Heights) led the Gators with four points on three goals and one assist. Perelman also led Allegheny with seven draw controls and four groundballs.
Ashley Amato (Westerly, R.I./Westerly) also tallied a hat trick to go with three groundballs.
Emily Herrold (Hampstead, Md./Manchester Valley) scored a goal while
Mary Allen (Victor, N.Y./Victor) and
Liz Dolan (Pittsburgh, Pa./Hampton) had a goal and a pair of caused turnovers each.
Maddie Miller (Bethel Park, Pa./Bethel Park) had a pair of assists.
Sarah Thorman (Ellicott City, Md./Centennial) made 15 saves in net.
The Gators return to Meadville to face Fredonia in nonconference action Wednesday (April 6).
