PITTSBURGH, Pa. -- The Allegheny men's lacrosse team fell 12-7 on Saturday (March 19) in a non-conference matchup against Chatham.
Allegheny and Chatham were neck-and-neck heading into the half, tied 3-3. The Gators put two on the board in the first period thanks to goals by
Cassady Bouthet (Vernon, Conn./Rockville) and

However, Chatham put together five goals in the third quarter to slide past the Gators. Nevertheless, Allegheny showed resilience with four more goals in the final 15 minutes of play as
Andrew Myers (Mars, Pa./North Allegheny) knocked in two shots to the back of the net, while
Nicholas Cimillo (Palm Harbor, Fla./East Lake) and
Jack Cushwa (Martinsburg, W.Va./Martinsburg) also found their way past the opposing goalkeeper. Yet, Chatham held serve with four more goals of its own to defeat Allegheny.
