Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

Men’s soccer shuts out Waynesburg for 1-0 win

WAYNESBURG, Pa. – A goal in the 19th minute proved to be enough for the Allegheny men's soccer team as they collected a 1-0 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) victory on the road at Waynesburg Saturday (Oct. 8).

In the 19th minute, Cam Kaminski (Bowling Green, Ohio/Maumee Valley Country Day) setup Brady Napoleon (Pittsburgh, Pa./Mount Lebanon) after a take away, leading him behind the defenders and finishing on a low shot inside the post.

The goal by Napoleon proved to be the lone tally of the contest as the rest of the game remained a defensive stalemate. Gabe Anthony (Tarentum, Pa./Highlands) made seven saves in net behind a strong defensive unit as the Gators held on to the clean sheet and the PAC victory.
