GREENCASTLE, Ind. -- The Allegheny men's soccer team traveled to Indiana to face DePauw in a North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) contest Saturday (Oct. 23).

The Tigers picked up the conference victory 2-0.

After a scoreless first half, DePauw struck in the 49th minute. Its second goal came 20 minutes later to seal the 2-0 conference win.

Jack Barron-Sluga (Guelph, Ont./Appleby College) made five saves in the defeat.

Alex Riel (Bethesda, Md./Landon) and Anthony Melograne (Pittsburgh, Pa./Peters Township) tied for the team lead with three shots apiece, and Nicholas Taliani (Cheswick, Pa./Springdale) contributed two of his own.

The Gators will close out the regular season with a pair of home NCAC matches, beginning with a 4 p.m. kickoff on Wednesday, Oct. 27.
