ALLIANCE, Ohio - A weather-shortened game led to a 0-0 tie between the Allegheny women's soccer team and Mount Union on Sunday, September 1.

Multiple weather delays occurred during the game, and in overtime, a final weather delay led to all parties agreeing to a final.

Goalkeeper Maya Hackman (Derry Area, Pa./Derry) earned a shutout with six saves.

Both teams took fourteen shots on the day, with five on goal for Allegheny and six for Mount Union. Taylor Renk (Cranberry Township, Pa./Oakland Catholic) led the way with three shots and two on target. Isabelle Wolter (McLean, Va./Langley) Sasha Rosa (East Lansing, Mich./East Lansing), and Shannon McGuinn (Warminster, Pa./William Tennant) rounded out the players with multiple shots as each took two.

 The Gators travel to Pitt-Bradford on Thursday September 5 for a non-conference matchup at 4:30 P.M.
