MEADVILLE, Pa.—The Allegheny College women's lacrosse team fell in North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) play to Denison University Sunday (April 7).
With the win 20-0 win, Denison improved to 8-3 overall, and 4-3 in NCAC play, while the Gators fall to 4-7, and 1-2 in NCAC play.
Steph Shakespeare (Pittsburgh, Pa./Peters Township) made 12 saves in net and led the Gators with four groundballs.
Taylor Vigneri (Canandaigua, N.Y./Canandaigua Academy) collected a pair of groundballs.
Gabriella Eberle (Clarence, N.Y./Clarence) and
Rachel Donlan (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Catholic) had a caused turnover and groundball apiece.
The Gators are back in action Wednesday (April 10) when they travel to Oberlin College. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
