GRANVILLE, Ohio-- The Allegheny volleyball team traveled to Granville, Ohio for a tough North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) test against Denison University Saturday (Oct. 26).

The Big Red won the conference game 3-0 (25-11, 25-21, 25-21). With the victory, Denison moves to 16-7 overall, 5-2 in NCAC play, while the Gators fall to 5-19 overall, 0-7 in NCAC play.

For the Gators,
Kristiana Hardisty (Camarillo, Calif./Rancho Campana) led the way with a season-high nine kills.Â
Olivia D'Andrea (Pittsburgh, Pa./Serra Catholic) was second on the team with eight kills, while also leading the team with 13 assists.Â
Elizabeth Debich (Leechburg, Pa./Kiski Area) tallied seven kills while
Jyl Russotti (Rochester, N.Y./Bishop Kearney) had five kills.Â
Raelynn Dorscheid (Macedon, N.Y./Penfield) added 12 assists.Â

On the defensive side for Allegheny,
Rebecca MacQuarrie (Waterford, Pa./Fort Lebeouf) had a team-high 11 digs.Â
Taylor Besch (Chicago, Ill./Resurrection) had nine digs while D'Andrea tallied eight. Dorscheid also added six digs.Â
Jillian Kirby (Cincinnati, Ohio/ Clermont Northeastern) totaled three blocks while
Kendall Crum (Chattanooga, Tenn./Girls Preparatory) had two.

The Gators are back on the road Tuesday (Oct. 29) for their final NCAC game of the year against the College of Wooster.
