MEADVILLE, Pa. - The Allegheny volleyball team was defeated by North Coast Athletic Conference foe Ohio Wesleyan (25-15, 25-15, 25-15) on Saturday (Oct. 19).

Elizabeth Debich (Leechburg, Pa./Kiski Area) led the offense with four kills, while Kristiana Hardisty (Camarillo, Calif./Rancho Campana) and Kendall Crum (Chattanooga, Tenn./Girls Preparatory) followed with three each. Raelynn Dorscheid (Macedon, N.Y./Penfield) aided the attack with five assists, while Megan Dennis (Corry, Pa./Corry Area) added three more.

Defensively, three Gators tallied multiple blocks as Hardisty, Jillian Kirby (Cincinnati, Ohio/Clermont Northeastern) and Jyl Russotti (Rochester, N.Y./Bishop Kearney) each notched two. Debich and Krum also added a block apiece. Rebecca MacQuarrie (Waterford, Pa./Fort LeBoeuf) anchored the defense with 13 digs.

The Gators are back in action on Wednesday (Oct. 23) when they host Hiram. First serve is set for 7:00 p.m.
