In just his second collegiate race, Victor picked up wins in the 60 meter dash and the 200 meter dash. His 60 meter time of 7.08 is currently tied for second in the NCAC while his 200 time of 23.43 is currently fifth. He earned NCAC Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Week honors.
