In a pair of hurdle events, Valachovic turned in fifth-place showings. She raced to a time of 15.56 in the 100-meter hurdles, which is the best in the NCAC thus far this season, and was timed at 1:06.50 in the 400-meter hurdles, the second-fastest time in the NCAC. Additionally, she was part of the women's 4x400 relay team that placed fifth in 4:14.36.
