Allegheny senior Emily Forner continued her storybook 2018 season by winning gold at the 2018 North Coast Athletic Conference Cross Country Championship, helping the Gators to a second-place finish. Forner was named the NCAC Runner of the Year, leading a contingent of four Gators in the top 10, and five in the top-16. The veteran covered the 6 kilometer course in 21:38 to win by a comfortable 24-second margin. Forner has now placed first in four of Allegheny's five events this season, and earned All-NCAC honors for the third consecutive year.
