Allegheny sophomore Shannon McGuinn scored the game-winning goal for the Gators in their 1-0 victory over Ohio Wesleyan on Oct. 5 at Frank B. Fuhrer Field.  With just over 12 minutes left in regulation, McGuinn was sprung on a breakaway off of a long pass from teammate Bella Martinez. McGuinn buried the left-footed shot from 10 yards out to put the Gators up 1-0, and the lead would hold up.  The 2017 NCAC Newcomer of the Year, McGuinn currently leads Allegheny with five goals, four assists, and 14 points.
