Allegheny College Athletics

At the Paul Short hosted by Lehigh University, Allegheny senior Forner placed fifth overall in a field of 362 runners from all three NCAA classifications. Her time of 21:27 marked a new career-best at the 6K distance, while it was the second fastest in the field by a non-Division I runner. The fifth-place finish was Forner's third top-five effort in as many meets this season, after she won both the Chatham Dual (Sept. 1) and the Allegheny Classic (Sept. 15).
