Allegheny senior Ali Metzger earned her second tournament victory in as many weeks, as she topped a 57-golfer field at the 2018 Allegheny Women's Invitational at The Country Club of Meadville. In the tourney's first round, Metzger fired a 78 to close day one in second place, before closing with a four-over 77 on day two to jump into the top spot of the standings and earn a five-stroke victory. The two-round total of 155 is a career-best for Metzger, and the lowest 36-hole total for a Gator since April 2014.
