Shelly posted an impressive weekend at the semester-ending Blue Devil Invite at SUNY Fredonia. The freshman won the 200 fly with a 2:09.89, besting the second place finisher from Oberlin by nearly three seconds. Shelly then added a 59.92, second-place finish in the 100 fly to notch her second top-three finish of the meet. In addition, Shelly swam the third leg of Allegheny's second-place 800 free relay team, clocking a 26.02 split for the fifth-place 200 free relay squad.
