Sophomore Michael Petro finished fourth overall and third among college competitors in the weight throw at the Jim Wuske Invitational hosted by Mount Union. With a top mark of 45'11.25”, Petro paced a trio of Allegheny personal bests in the event as the Gators boasted three of the top six finishers. Petro, who established the fourth-best performance in program history, currently ranks third in the weight in the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC).
