Junior wing Ryan Stanko was tagged with weekly honors from the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) following a sensational individual effort in the Gators' 86-75 double-overtime victory against Thiel.

In Allegheny's only action of the week, Stanko authored one of the greatest performances in the history of the David V. Wise Center. The third-year player from Allison Park, Pa., was sensational from the opening tip in Allegheny's win against regional rival Thiel, hauling down a number of defensive rebounds while fueling the Allegheny attack both in the paint and from the outside. He finished the tilt with a career-high 31 points on 11-of-16 shooting, including 5-of-7 from three-point range, and 10 rebounds.

Stanko's effort marked the first 30-point game by an Allegheny player since the 2010-11 regular-season finale, and finished four points shy of the arena record set by Matt Magnuson on January 10, 2004. The performance also marked the first time that a player has scored at least 30 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in the same game in the 15 seasons since the opening of the facility.
