Forrmer DePauw University assistant coach Andrew Eggersgluss joined the Allegheny College men's and women's swimming and diving programs in the sale role in March 2025.

Originally from Mound, Minnesota, Eggersgluss spent three seasons as an assistant for the DePauw Tigers from 2018-21. In his first year with the Tigers, he helped guide both DePauw teams to a third-place finish in the NCAC, as the women's team set a program record for points earned at the conference championship meet. In addition to helping DePauw's sprinters with speed training, he coached several groups, including the backstroke, breaststroke, and individual medley swimmers.

Most recently, Eggersgluss spent two years as an assistant coach for the VELOCITY Aquatics swim club in Delano, Minnesota, from 2021-23. He worked with youth swimmers of all ages to teach fundamentals and knowledge of the different strokes through daily drill and technique work. Eggersgluss also spent two years as an assistant coach for Orono High School and the Metro Marlins Swim Team in Long Lake, Minnesota from 2016-18.

As a Division III student-athlete, Eggersgluss was a four-year member of the men's swimming and diving team at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. He captained the Cardinals as a senior in 2015-16. Eggersgluss also served as a co-captain of the club water polo team at Saint Mary's.

Eggersgluss graduated from Saint Mary's in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy.
