Career Performance

2015-16: Participated in the weight, shot, discus, and hammer during junior season… Placed fourth in the weight throw at the NCAC Indoor Quad (1/23/16) with a throw of 12.75 meters… Finished seventh at the NCAC Indoor Championships in the weight throw with a season-best throw of 13.34 meters…  Turned in season-best hammer throw of 42.31 meters at the Dave Labor Invitational (4/2/16)… Top outdoor shot put effort came at the Kenyon Spring Invite (4/23/16), with a throw of 10.36 meters… Placed 10^th in the discus

2014-15:  Set new personal record in the shot at the Baldwin Wallace Mid-February Invite, finishing first with a heave of 12.20 meters, the fifth-longest throw in program history... Threw career-best 14.11 meters in the weight at the Kent State Tune-up (2/21)... Placed fifth at the NCAC Indoor Championships in the shot (11.55m), and seventh in the weight (14.08m)... Turned in a pair of top-five finishes at the Ross & Sharon Irwin Invitational (3/21), placing third in the hammer (40.17m) and fourth in the shot (10.58m)... Took fourth in the disc at the Denison Big Red Invite (4/24) with a personal-best 37.15 meters... Established new PR in the hammer throw at the John Homon Invite (4/4) with a mark of 43.28m... Finished seventh at the NCAC Outdoor Championships in the shot (11.26m). 

2013-14:  Took third in the shot in collegiate debut with a throw of 10.61 meters at the Case Western Holiday Classic... Finished second in the shot at the Bob Shannon Invitational with a throw of 11.55 meters... Participated in the NCAC Indoor Championships in both the shot and weight throw, taking sixth in the shot (11.42 meters) and 12th in the weight (career-best 12.70 meters)... Took second in the shot (11.24 meters) and fourth in the discus (34.50 meters) at the CMU Five-Team Invite... Picked up first career victory in the shot at the Carnegie Mellon Mid-Week, with a throw of 12.02 meters... At the NCAC Outdoor Championships, finished fourth in the shot (11.85 meters), fifth in the hammer throw (42.80 meters), and sixth in the discus (32.46 meters).

Personal:  Graduate of Wantagh High School... Earned a total of 10 varsity letters, participating in track & field, cross country, and soccer... Named track & field MVP following senior season... Senior track & field captain... All-Conference and All-County track & field selection... Owner of three school throwing records... History major with music minor... Born March 6, 1995...
