Career Performance

2013-14:  Captain...In cross country, was Gators' top finisher at four different invitationals...Took third in the 5K at the Bill Sudeck Invitational (15:44.3), fourth at the Allegheny Invitational (23:03.8), and ninth at the Inter-Regional Rumble, where she ran a season-best 6K with a time of 22:09.3... Earned All-NCAC honors with ninth-place finish at conference cross country championships, posting a time of 23:28.6 on a muddy course...Opened Track and Field season finishing 7th in the 5K at the 16th Annual Bison Open & Multi...Finished 3rd at the Kent State Tune-Up with a career best in the 3K (10:21:63) on Feb. 22...Capped season at NCAC Indoor Track & Field Championships placing 6th in two events, 5K (18:12:67) and 3K (10:32:54).

2012-2013: Captain... In cross country, turned in season-best time of 22:30.6 to place 15th at the Inter-Regional Rumble... Finished 16th at the NCAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:12.5... Took first in the 5,000 at NCAC Indoor Quad hosted by Wooster, running a time of 18:40.48...Ran 11:32.87 to win the 3,000 at the John Homon Invitational... Ran career-best 17:45.08 at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic...Earned All-NCAC honors after finishing second in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the NCAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 11:10.39.

2011-2012: Qualified for the NCAA Cross Country Champioships while finishing 176th place (22:47)...Finished fourth overall (22:45.9) at the NCAC Cross Country Championships (10/29/11) while earning First Team All-Conference honors...Placed 15th overall at the NCAA Mid East Region Cross Country Championships leading the team to a 10th place finish and earning All-Region honors...Placed seventh in the 5,000 meter run (18:40.89) at NCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (3/2/12-3/3/12)...Earned fourth place in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at NCAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/4/12-5/5/12).

2010-2011: Placed fourth (23:19.5) at NCAC Cross Country Championships (10/3010) helping the team to a second place finish and earning First Team All-Conference honors...Led the team to a 10th place finish at NCAA Mid East Region Championships (11/19/10) with the fifth fastest rookie time (23:17) of the meet and earned All-Region honors...Ran a personal best in the indoor 5,000 meter run (17:52.39) at the Boston Valentine Invitational (2/11/11-2/12/11)...Placed sixth in the 3,000 meter run (10:36.12) at NCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (3/4/11-3/5/11)...Placed second outdoors in the 3,000 steeplechase (11:11.91) at NCAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/4/11-5/5/11) earning Second Team All-Conference honors, while also placing fifth in the 5,000 meter run (18:29.39)...Ran a personal best in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (11:08.06) at the Gregory Invitational (5/17/11-5/20/11).
