2013-14: Threw a career-best in the weight throw at the NCAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (13.42m) earning 10th place...Threw season-best in the Shot Put (10.15m) at the Kent State Tune-Up.

2012-13:  Threw career-best 34'0.75" in the shot at the Marietta First Glimpse meet... Posted season-best throw of 38'3.5" in the weight throw at Marietta.

2011-2012:  Earned Third Team All Conference honors for a third place finish in the javelin (34.39 meters) at NCAC Outdoor Championships (5/4/12-5/5/12)...Threw a personal best in the hammer throw (35.28 meters) at the 2012 RWC Raider Invitational (4/28/12)...Saw a personal best in the weight throw (11.87 meters) at the Kent State Tune-Up meet (2/18/12).
