Career Performance

2013-14:  Consistent member of the Gator cross country top five...Broke 25-minute barrier in all five 6K's... Ran season-best 23:23.2 at the Inter-Regional Rumble (10/19/13)...Finished 21st at the NCAC Cross Country Championships with a 6K time of 24:34.65...  Was Allegheny's third finisher at the NCAA Regionals (11/16/13), taking 87th overall in a time of 23:27.50... Specialized in the 1500 and 5000 during track and field campaign... Top 1500 effort came at the Sparky Adams Invitational, where she took fifth in a time of 5:04.9... Set personal best in the 5000 at the Bucknell Bison Open, timed in 18:30.1. 

2012-13: Took eighth in the 1,500, in a field of 27, at the John Homon Invitational, with a time of 5:13.85... Helped Gator Distance Medley Relay team earn second at the NCAC Indoor Championships, posting a time of 12:53.70...Finished fifth in the 1,000 at the Jim Wuske Invitational (2/2/13), timed in 3:21.89... Took third in the 5,000 meters at the time of 19:02.96 at the Wooster Quad (1/26/13)...Ran season-best 23:48.4 at the Inter-Regional Rumble (10/13/12)...Took ninth in cross country season-opening Bill Sudeck Invitational 4K, timed in 16:19.4 (9/1/12). 

2011-2012: Finished third on the team and 31st overall (24:19) at NCAC Cross Country Championships (10/29/11)...Finished fourth on the team and 84th overall (25:09) at NCAA Mid East Regional Cross Country Championships (11/12/11)...Finished ninth at NCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (3/2/12-3/3/12) in the 5,000 meter run (18:58.59)...Ran a season best in the 5,000 meter run (18:37.66) at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/10/12-2/11/12)...Placed third in the 5,000 meter run with an outdoor season best (18:42.58) at the 2012 Sparky Adams Invitational (4/21/12).
