Caryn Stone

Stone is a 2007 graduate from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina. She has spent a majority of her time, since 2007, teaching and coaching lacrosse across the pond in England. From 2007-2009, Stone taught, coached, and was a boarding house assistant at Pipers Corner School in Great Kingshill, Bucks, England. While at Pipers Corner, she was the coach of not only the schools primary girl’s lacrosse team, but also the U12, U13, U15, and U19 teams.

The past two years, Stone was at St. Margaret’s School in Bushey, Herts, England. While at St. Margaret’s, Stone was at the helm of the U12/13, U14 and U19 teams. In addition, Caryn was in charge of preparing and instructing all lacrosse lessons for girls ages 14-18.

As a player, Stone was a four year letter winner at Guilford College. In her senior year Caryn was named captain and led the Quakers to their best season in program history. In the summer of 2006, before her senior year, Stone represented the United States as part of the USA Athletes International Team in Australia. Since in 2009, Caryn has played for the Hatch End Hawks out of Rickmansworth, England where she has been a defensive staple, helping lead the team to a winning tour in Amsterdam in June 2010.

Stone graduated with a bachelors of science in psychology with a minor in education.
