Biography


2013:  Made 17 appearances, with three starts in the outfield…  Hit RBI double in win over Kenyon (4/14)…  Scored one run in three straight appearances (4/25 vs. Hiram, 5/3 NCAC Tournament doubleheader vs. Wittenberg).

2012: Appeared in 19 games while making eight starts in left field…scored lone run of the season in NCAC tournament against Ohio Wesleyan (4/29)…registered a sacrifice hit in win against Wooster (4/3).

2011: Started all 28 games at second base…authored six multi-hit games…enjoyed best offensive output against Kenyon (4/23) after going 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBI…also scored two runs in a 2-for-4 effort at Oberlin (4/13).

2010: Started in 31 games while patrolling the outfield…registered hits in 12 games including multi-hit efforts against Denison and Oberlin…drove home a season-high two runs against The Big Red…crossed the plate twice in two games (Grove City, Mount Union).

Personal: Born July 20, 1990…daughter of Steven and Victoria Katz...DCL All-Star as a senior...three-year letterwinner in softball at Newton South...Psychology major with a minor in Communication Arts.
