Biography

2014: Made 30 appearances, and 17 starts in the outfield... Finished with .243 average (9-for-37) and 10 runs scored... Went 2-for-3, with two runs scored and a stolen base, in win over Endicott (3/17), before going 2-for-2 against Messiah in second end of split doubleheader... Went 2-for-4 with a run scored in win at Thiel (3/27)... Singled, scored two runs, and stole a base against Buffalo State (4/2).

2013:  Appeared in 29 games… Made five starts, primarily in right field… Served as team’s main pinch-runner… Scored 10 runs… Perfect in eight chances in the field… Went 1-for-2 vs. Wisconsin-Stevens Point on 3/22… Scored runs in NCAA regional games vs. John Carroll (3/9), Capital (3/10), and Anderson (3/12).

2012: Started 33 games while appearing in 34 playing primarily in left field…drove in her first career run with a game-winning single against Denison (3/31)…pieced together a five-game hitting streak during the season that included her first multi-hit performance against Plymouth State (3/20)…went 1-for-1 with two runs scored and two stolen bases versus Washington & Jefferson (3/22).

Personal: Born June 18, 1993...daughter of Michael and Kimberly Segiel...three-year letterwinner while playing left field at Norwin...National Honor Society...majoring in biology with a minor in psychology.
