Allegheny College Athletics

Marty Goldberg is in his 12th year as an assistant coach for the Gators’ track and field program.  He is a USATF Master Official and is one of the most experienced and respected officials in the United States.  He has worked the Olympic Games, Olympic Trials, National Junior Olympics, National High School Championships, National Masters Championships as well as international meets such as the IAAF Diamond Series meets and the World Masters Championships.  He is the associate chief clerk at the prestigious Millrose Games in Madison Square Garden and is a fixture at most NCAA Championships.

Goldberg coached the Allegheny men’s soccer team to a school record of 131 wins from 1984-1997. He is responsible for the training of the Gator long sprinters and the sprint relay teams.
