2012-2013: Dropped a minute off of his 8k personal best this season (26:26) at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble (10/13/12)...Second consecutive season competing at NCAC Championships.
2011-2012: Placed ninth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a personal best (9:57.85) at the NCAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/4/12-5/5/12).
2010-2011: Placed seventh in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (10:21.84) at the Mount Union Invitational (4/9/11)...Ran a leg on the distance medley relay that placed third (10:41.47) at NCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (3/4/11-3/5/11) earning Honorable Mention All-Conference honors.
Personal: Earned varsity letters for Cross Country and Track and Field at Lexington High School.
