Leuca Hanish '23 returns to her alma mater as a volunteer assistant coach for the Allegheny College cross country and track and field programs in 2023-24.
Last year, Hanish was a member of three Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) championships teams in cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field. She received All-PAC First Team honors in cross country and was an honorable mention in the outdoor 10,000-meter distance race. She was also crowned an All-Region runner in the fall, and was a College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honoree.
Originally from Baden, Pennsylvania, Hanish graduated from Allegheny in May with a degree in environmental science.
