Jordan Hill was hired as an assistant track and field and cross country coach in August 2014, and was elevated to interim head coach for both sports in 2015.  In her first year in charge of the Allegheny cross country program, she was named the North Coast Athletic Conference Coach of the Year on both the men's and women's sides after the Gators swept the conference championships in both genders.

She arrived in Meadville after an immensely successful two-year stint at Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) member Baldwin Wallace, where she was named the 2014 Men's National and Great Lakes Regional Assistant Outdoor Coach of the Year by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).  Hill earned the award after mentoring senior Kevin Johnson to national titles in the 100 and 200-meter dashes.  In addition, Hill coached sophomore then-Ben Beidelman to an All-American honor in the 200-meter dash.

In addition to Johnson's two individual titles and four individual All-American plaudits, Hill led her student-athletes to eight individual national qualifiers and one relay national qualifier, 16 All-Ohio honorees, eight All-Ohio titles and 10 All-OAC selections, including seven champions, while also coaching the Yellow Jackets to 10 program records during her tenure.

Hill started her coaching career at Bluffton University in Bluffton, Ohio, where she coached the Beavers, members of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) for three seasons.  While at Bluffton, Hill helped lead the Beavers to five school records, six All-HCAC awards including three championships, three HCAC records and one All-Ohio champion.

A 2009 graduate of Baldwin Wallace, Hill competed in track & field for the Yellow Jackets, participating in various sprints and relays during her four-year career in Berea while earning several All-OAC and All-Ohio honors en route to contributing to three OAC titles for the Yellow Jackets.  During her career, Hill competed in the 55m, 300m, 4x200 and 4x400 during the indoor season, participating in the 100m, 200m, 4x100 and 4x400 outdoors.  In her senior season, Hill earned the Paul "Sparky" Adams Most Outstanding Female Athlete award, additionally earning the Baldwin Wallace Most Outstanding Sprinter award.

Hill graduated with a bachelor of arts in communications from Baldwin Wallace, minoring in public relations and marketing.  In 2012, Hill earned her master's degree in business administration from Bluffton.  Hill currently resides in Meadville, and will work closely with the Allegheny sprinters, hurdlers, and relay squads.
