2012-2013: Team tri-captain...Earned First Team All American honors at the NCAA National Championships (11/17/12) after placing second (24:34) and leading the team to a historical 15th place team finish...Earned Regional Athlete of the Year for the Mid-East and was crowned Mid-East Regional Champion...Earned NCAC Runner of the Year and All-Conference First Team honors after winning the individual title (25:35) at NCAC Championships (11/10/12) and leading the team to a conference championship...Ran his fastest 8k (23:48) at the Inter-Regional Rumble at Oberlin (10/13/12)...Consistently was the team's top runner for the entire season.
