Allegheny College Athletics

2017: Started nine games on the mound during senior season... Finished 3-1 with a 4.73 ERA in 45.2 innings... Walked just four batters on the season, while striking out 20... Threw seven-inning complete game vs. Middlebury (3/25), allowing two earned with three strikeouts to earn first win of the season... Improved to 2-1 on the year after working four innings and allowing just one run on three hits in victory at Penn St.-Behrend (4/18)... Earned third win of the year at Hiram, working seven innings and allowing one earned on seven hits with four K's... Took the no-decision after allowing three runs in five innings, with two K's, at Oberlin (5/1). 

2016: Made 13 appearances on the mound, including six starts... Finished 1-3 with a save, striking out 24 against just 10 walks in 34.1 innings pitched... Began season with four straight scoreless innings out of the bullpen, allowing just one hit in two innings vs. John Carroll (3/9), and throwing two scoreless with a strikeout and one hit vs. Fredonia (3/12)... Made first start vs. Wis.-Oshkosh (3/21), working 7.0 innings and allowing three hits with five strikeouts... Earned first save of the season vs. Salve Regina (3/24), throwing a perfect inning with one strikeout... Came out of the pen to throw two innings with a season-high four K's vs. Baldwin Wallace (3/30)... Threw perfect inning of relief vs. Pitt-Greensburg (4/14)... Repeated the feat five days later in win at Penn St.-Behrend... Started and worked six innings to earn the win vs. Oberlin (4/24), scattering nine hits with one K. 

2015: All-NCAC Second Team pick…went 3-1 on the year with a 3.07 ERA, striking out 28 batters to 11 walks over 44.0 innings pitched…earned NCAC Pitcher of the Week honors after a complete-game, three-hit shutout win over Denison that gave Allegheny the NCAC Crossover Series victory, striking out a career-high seven batters in the process…went 1-0 with a save over a spring break, scoring the win in a 6-1 decision over Oswego State (Mar. 18) before tossing a one-inning save in a 6-4 triumph over Bowdoin (Mar. 20)…made his first start of the season on March 24th against Baldwin Wallace…notched his second win of the season with a 5.2 inning effort against Kenyon.

2014: Appeared in five games during freshman year…finished with seven strikeouts…threw 2.2 innings of shutout relief, holding the Hiram Terriers to only hit during his time on the mound (Apr. 5)…helped lead the Gators to an 11-5 win over Fredonia State on Apr. 24, throwing 2.2 innings of hitless relief.

Personal: Son of Ronald and Deborah Julian…born Sept. 13, 1995…five-time varsity letter-winner (baseball, basketball)…member of 2011 and 2013 WPIAL basketball championship and state runner-up squads, starting every game for the ’13 championship team…Majoring in Economics with a minor in Communcation Arts…planned career in sports management.
