2017: Named First Team All-NCAC for second straight season... Recovered from early-season injury to make 36 starts, with 19 at designated hitter, 16 in left field, and one at second base... Batted .319 with 10 doubles, two triples, and four home runs... Totaled 39 RBIs and scored 30 runs... Successful on six of eight stolen base attempts... Walked 13 times and was hit by eight pitches, while only striking out eight times... Did not commit an error in 39 chances in the field... Hit safely in 26 of 36 starts, including 16 multi-hit games... Opened the season on an 11-game hitting streak, batting .459 with six doubles and 12 RBIs over the span... Tallied two or more hits in seven of 10 games during spring break trip to Tucson, Arizona, highlighted by a 3-for-5 showing against Luther (3/20), in which he doubled, was hit by a pitch, scored twice, and drove in two... Socked first home run of the season as part of a 2-for-5 day against Hamline (3/23)... Tallied five hits and seven RBIs in four-game series with Kenyon (4/2-3), going 2-for-5 with a home run, stolen base, and three RBIs in series finale... 2016: Started all 35 games, primarily in left field... First Team All-NCAC selection... Batted .348 with four home runs, 10 doubles, 32 RBIs, and a .541 slugging percentage... Struck out just seven times in 163 plate appearances, while drawing 17 walks... Had at least one hit in 28 of 35 starts, including 13 multi-hit games... Committed just one error in 70 chances, with five outfield assists... Went 6-for-8 on stolen base attempts... Went 4-for-5 and scored two runs in each of the Gators' first two games, home wins over John Carroll (3/9) and Fredonia (3/12)... Went 2-for-3 with a triple, two walks, and stolen base vs. Kalamazoo (3/22)... Went 2-for-4 with a double, walk, and two RBIs vs. Salve Regina (3/24)... Went 3-for-5 with a double, RBI, and run scored vs. Baldwin Wallace (4/30)... Belted first career grand slam, while also walking twice, in NCAC win at Wooster (4/2)... Went 3-for-4 with a double and two ribbies vs. Penn State-Behrend (4/8)... Went 3-for-6 with a home run, two runs scored, and two RBIs in home win over Pitt-Greensburg (4/14)... Went 3-for-4 with a walk, stolen base, and two runs scored, at Behrend (4/20)... Had five hits, including a triple, and scored three runs in four-game sweep over Oberlin (4/23)... Racked career-high five hits, including two doubles, while scoring five runs and driving in two RBIs, at Mount Union (4/25)... Had two hits, two runs scored, and two RBIs in win at Kenyon (3/30)... Doubled, walked twice, and scored three runs in NCAC crossover series game vs. DePauw (5/7).
2015: Made 33 starts in 37 appearances, batting .270 on the year with 12 RBI and 31 hits…launched eight doubles while posting an on-base percentage of .356, due in part to the 12 walks forced during the course of the season…was a key component of Allegheny’s 3-1 series against Kenyon, batting .500 during the four-game series, driving in five runs…posted one of two three-game hitting streaks during the Kenyon series (Apr. 25-26), adding a three-game hitting streak from March 16th to 18th….posted a season-high three RBI against FDU-Florham (Mar. 16) and Kenyon (Apr. 26).
2014: Started six contests, appearing in 18 total during freshman year…finished the season batting .259, scattering seven total hits while driving in seven RBI…picked up first collegiate hit in season debut against John Carroll (Feb. 22)…drove in his first run against Ramapo (Mar. 21)…picked up a two-run single in Allegheny’s 13-3 upset over nationally-ranked Case Western Reserve (Apr. 22)…launched a three-run home run, the first of his collegiate career, in a 15-12 win over Wooster (Apr. 27).
Personal: Son of Bob and Janis DiMaggio…born Jun. 15, 1995…seven-time varsity letter-winner…two-time Beaver County Top 25 and All-Section selection…won WPIAL title during varsity career…played in WPIAL All-Star Game…economics major.
