2018: Appeared in 31 games, with 20 starts, primarily in left field… Batted .269 (21-for-78) with four doubles and 16 RBIs… Did not commit an error in 41 chances in the field… Turned in six multi-hit games… Opened the season by going 3-for-6 with a walk, run scored, and RBI vs. John Carroll (4/24)… Went 2-for-3 with three RBIs and a hit-by-pitch in win over Carroll (3/18)… Went 2-for-2 with a double, walk, and run scored in win over Wesleyan (3/20)… Went 3-for-6 with a career-high five RBIs in win over Wisconsin-Superior (3/22)… Went 3-for-3 with a triple and two RBIs vs. Hamline (3/23)… Went 2-for-5 with an RBI and run scored vs. Denison (4/8)… Also made two scoreless appearances on the mound in relief, with three strikeouts in 1.2 innings… Struck out both batters he faced against St. John’s (3/19)… Threw a perfect frame with one strikeout vs. Grove City (4/30).

2017:  Appeared in 14 games during freshman season... Batted .400 with a walk, two hits, and four RBIs in five at bats... Team's most oft-used pinch runner... Scored six runs... Picked up first career hit in win over Wisconsin-Superior (3/21), a pinch-hit two-run single... Went 1-for-1 with an RBI, walk, and two runs scored vs. Wooster (4/8).

Personal: Son of Jana and Russell Phillips… Distinguished Alden Scholar… NCAC Academic Honor Roll… member of Lambda Pi Eta Communication Honor Society... five-time varsity letter-winner at North Allegheny (baseball, basketball)…  captain of the baseball and basketball teams as a senior… earned all-section honors in both sports for 2015 and 2016… led team in batting average and runs scored as a junior and senior… named the 2015-16 Most Positive Boys Basketball Athlete in Western Pennsylvania by the Hines Ward Positive Athlete Pittsburgh Foundation… helped lead the basketball team to the most wins in school history, a section championship and the WPIAL title game in 2015… selected as a 2016 Roundball Classic All-Star… member of the National Honor Society… eight-time 4.0 Scholar-Athlete Award winner… history major with a minor in communication
