2014: Made 13 appearances and eight starts during senior campaign…ended season with 4-1 record and 3.99 ERA…struck out 30 batters…fired a complete game against Ripon (Mar. 20), leading the Gators to a 2-0 win over the Red Hawks…threw his second complete game of the season against Kenyon (Apr. 19)…striking out three batters en-route to a 4-1 win…picked up his second save of the season in the NCAC Crossover-deciding game against Wabash (May 4), hurling 3.2 innings of scoreless work to give Allegheny a 6-5 win over the Little Giants…earned NCAC Pitcher of the Week Accolades on May 5 after his series-clinching outing against Wabash.

2013: All-NCAC honorable mention…led Gators with five wins, earning the victory in his first five decisions of the season…threw complete-game one-hitter in second start of the season, a win over Oswego State (Mar. 17)…struck out 36 batters during 2013 season…threw six complete games…struck out career-high seven batters in win over Wooster (Apr. 27).

2012: Appeared in 23 games for Allegheny during his sophomore season, making 14 starts in the field and seven on the mound … On the rubber, Eric was one of the most reliable arms for the Gators all season … He finished the year with a team best 2.92 ERA over 49.1 innings pitched … Accumulated a 5-3 record while surrendering just 16 earned runs all season long … His 19 total runs allowed were 15 lees then the next pitcher on the staff … Struck out 27 batter while walking just 18, and did not give up a single home run … A spot starter in the outfield, Eric had two multi-hit games and knocked in four RBI.

2011: Appeared in 12 games as a freshman, making two starts (11 in the field, 1 on the mound)...on the bump Brandt made one appearance, throwing 4.0 innings of one hit ball in relief, striking out three...got his first career hit against Union College on March 24...scored first career run against Penn State-Behrend on April 14.

Personal: Son of Kevin and Sharon Brandt…born January 5, 1992…two-sport athlete in baseball and football at Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, Pa.)…two-time first team all-region selection…named to the D-10 first team…majoring in Environmental Science, with a minor in psychology.
