Biography

2010: Named All-NCAC Second Team as a pitcher…appeared in 12 games (4th on the team) on the bump making nine starts (t-1st on team) as the number three pitcher in the conference rotation…was second on the team in innings pitched (51.2) and batters struck out (37)…was third on the staff in ERA (5.57), wins (4), and opponent batting average (.309)…held left-handed batters to a .264 (14-of-53) average.
2009: Led pitching staff in starts (9), innings pitched (49 1/3) and strikeouts (36)...pitched Allegheny’s only solo shutout -- a two-hit blanking in 8-0 victory over Kenyon...did not allow an earned run in 6-3 win against St. Norbert.
2008: Appeared eight times on the mound during his freshman year...finished with a record of 3-1 with a 2.97 ERA...led team in strikeouts with 37...earned first win with 12-3 decision over Clarion on April 9...recorded first complete game, allowing one earned run on three hits, and finished with season-high nine strikeouts in 6-1 win over Oberlin on April 19.
