Biography

2011: Appeared in 23 games for Allegheny last season, making 22 starts...was named as an All-NCAC performer for the second straight year, being placed on the second team...hit for a career high .413 batting average, and .453 slugging percentage...went a perfect 5-5 with runners on third base and less than two outs...hit an impressive .625 against left handed pitchers...went 2-3 with bases loaded...started the season with six multi-hit games, hitting .565 with four RBI in that span...tied a career high with three hits in a single game on two seperate occassions, last being on April 7 against Thiel College...hit safley in 18 of his 23 appearances

2010: Named to the All-NCAC Honorable Mention team as a sophomore…appeared and started in all 40 games for the Gators…split time early in the season between shortstop and third base before settling up the middle for the final 34 games…led the team in at bats (149), sacrifice bunts (10)…was second on the club in sacrifice flies (2)…scored the third most runs on the team with 34…finished the year with a batting average of .274 (41-of-149)…had a season-long hitting streak of six games in which he hit .407 (11-of-27) in that time…picked up three hits in a game four separate occasions…had 11 games in which he collected two or more hits…drove in 17runs for the year and four times drove in two runs in a game…helped turn 21 double plays while fielding at a clip of .920.
2009: Made immediate impact as a Gator, assuming the leadoff spot in the lineup...had team’s second-highest batting average (.352) and led the squad in runs (30), hits (45), stolen bases (11) and total bases (55)...collected three hits during four different games...scored three runs twice...Batted 3-for-5, finishing with two doubles, one run and one RBI in 9-7 win against Oberlin...went 3-for-4, stole three bases and scored two runs, including the game-winning score in a 4-3 win over Messiah...drove in season-high three runs during 8-3 victory versus Hiram.
