The "Sundstrom Walk of Fame"
Former director of athletics and coach
Norm Sundstrom was honored in 1998 with an eye-catching, blue & gold plaque on the concourse level of the Wise Sport & Fitness Center, where Hall of Fame member plaques are now permanently displayed.
At the Allegheny-Case Western men's basketball game on Feb. 24, 1998, Sundstrom was presented with the plaque by Allegheny president Richard Cook and Director of Athletics Rick Creehan. The plaque is displayed under a large sign which reads "Allegheny College Athletic Walk of Fame."
Sundstrom's plaque reads:

- Director of Athletics, 1979-92
- Men's Basketball Coach, 1970-79
- Golf Coach, 1972-97
- Founder of the Golden Gator Club
- Founder of the Allegheny Athletic Hall of Fame
