Career Performance

2015-16: National qualifier for the 10,000 meter run… Indoor All-NCAC and All-Region in the 3,000 and 5,000… All-NCAC outdoor in the 10,000… USTFCCCA All-Academic selection…  Finished in the top-four in seven of 10 individual races on the season… Established new PR in the mile at the Mount Union Wuske Invitational with a time of 4:27.90… Competing against runners from all three NCAA classifications, placed third in the 3,000 at the Kent State Tune-Up (2/20/16) in the 3000 with a time of 8:42.13… At the NCAC Indoor Championships (3/4/16), placed second in the 5000 (14:51.04) and third in the 3000 (8:39.86)… Placed first in the 5000 at the Dave Labor Invite (4/2/16) with a mark of 15:32.24… At the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic (4/17/16), posted a time of 30?26.17 in the 10,000, the second-fastest mark in program history… Earned All-NCAC accolades with a third-place finish in the 10,000 at the NCAC Outdoor Championships (5/6/16).

2014-15:  Competed at three invitationals during sophomore season... Placed fourth in the mile, with a time of 4:45.1 at the NCAC Quad (Jan. 24)... Took ninth in the 3,000 at the Baldwin Wallace Mid-February Invite, timed in 9:29.71.

2013-14: Finished in first in first career indoor race, the 3K at the Fighting Scot Invitational (2/1) with a time of 9:12.9… Ran season-best indoor 5K of 15:54.3 at the NCAC Championships, taking 14th… Turned in season-best 1500 time of 4:17.4 at the Sparky Adams Invitational (4/18)… Finished ninth in the 5K at the NCAC Outdoor Championships, timed in 15:40.0… Closed season with personal record of 15:09.6 in the 5K at the Gator Invitational (5/9).

Personal: Earned varsity letters in both track and cross country... Was an individual state qualifier for cross country and a time time selection as team MVP... He was team captain during his senior year, and boasts the third fastest three mile time in Glenbrook North history at 15:27... Also participated in the Environmental Club... Son of Lee Ann and John. Majoring in English.
