Biography

2014:  Team’s primary tight end, starting nine games... Totaled six catches for 83 yards and one touchdown... Made 24-yard reception in week one vs. Thiel (9/6)... Hauled in two catches for eight yards, including five-yard touchdown in the third quarter, at Wooster (10/11)... Made two catches for 39 yards, including career-best 28-yarder, vs. DePauw (10/25).  

2013:  Appeared in six games as a freshman... Made first career catch, gaining six yards, vs. Hiram (9/21).  

PERSONAL: Transferred to Allegheny after spending 2012-13 at Ohio University... Graduate of Notre Dame Cathedral Latin, where he was a four-year letterwinner in both football and basketball... Also participated in baseball... Majoring in managerial economics, with minor in religious studies... Born 10/23/93... Son of Mico and Andrea Matic.
