Biography
2012-2013: Saw huge improvements in just his second season of cross country...Dropped four minutes off of his 6k personal best at the season opening Bill Sudeck Classic at Case Western (9/1/12) running 21:53...Finished in the top 12 on the team twice this season at Case Western and at the Calvin Knight Invite (10th).
2011-2012: Ran a personal best in the 800 meter run (2:00.80) at the 6th Annual Gator Invitational (5/11/12)...Ran a personal best in the 3,000 meter run (9:40.01) at the Mount Union Jim Wuske Invitational (2/4/12).
2010-2011: Ran a season best in the 3,000 meter run (10:35.01)Â at the 2011 BW Mid-January Meet (1/21/11).
Personal: Member of the cross country and track and field team at Providence Country Day School...Majoring in History and Education.
