Career Performance2013-14: Gators' main multi-event competitor... Took sixth at NCAC Outdoor Championships in the decathlon, with personal best score of 5,162... Performance included personal-best efforts in the 400 (56.67 seconds) and 100 (11.91 seconds)...
2012-2013: Placed fourth in the Long Jump at the NCAC Quad Meet with a jump of 5.64 meters. Placed second in the High Jump with 1.78 meters. Outdoors, placed fourth in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 16.60.
2011-2012: Earned a personal best in the decathlon (4673 points) at NCAC Outdoor Championships (5/4/12-5/5/12)...Earned a personal best in the heptathlon (3893 points) at NCAC Indoor Championships (3/2/12-3/3/12) while earning a season best in the high jump (1.88 meters) and first place in the heptathlon high jump.
Personal: Earned four varsity letters for outdoor track and three for indoor track at Williamsville North High School...also lettered twice in cross country...Placed third junior and senior year in the pentathlon at Sectionals...fourth place finish in the high jump at indoor sectionals...Majoring in Geology with a minor in poltical science...Son of Robert and Karen Taggart...born on May 29, 1993.
