Career Performances

2013:  Consistently in the Gator top-five throughout the season... First Team All-NCAC honoree, after taking fifth at the conference championship (27:12) for the second straight season... Finished in Gators' top-four at both the NCAA Mideast Regional Championship (46th overall/25:55) and NCAA National Championship (142nd/26:12)... Ran season-best 25:47 at the Inter-Regional Rumble... Began season with consecutive top-10 finishes, taking eighth at the Bill Sudeck Case Western 6K (20:26) and fourth at the Allegheny Invitational (26:28).

2012:  First Team All-NCAC honoree, taking fifth at the NCAC Championships with a time of 26:40... Finished 39th overall, and fourth among Gators, at the NCAA Mideast Regionals (26:28)... Competed in NCAA National Championship for the first time, turning in a time of 26:04, good for 155th overall... Achieved personal record in the 8K at the Inter-Regional Rumble, finishing 26th in 25:02 to top his previous PR by over two minutes.

2011:  Began career with 11th-place finish at Case Western Bill Sudeck 6K, with a time of 21:36...Finished 37th (27:35) at NCAC Cross Country Championships (10/29/11).

Personal: Earned four varsity letters for cross country and track and field at Norton High School...Named First Team All-League for cross country...Team captain for cross country and track and field.
