2011-2012: Captain...Finished in 15th overall (23:34.9) at NCAC Cross Country Championships...Placed 27th (23:55) at NCAA Mid East Regional Championships (11/12/11) helping the team to a 10/47 team finish...Placed sixth in the 5,000 meter run (18:29.88) at NCAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/4/12-5/5/12)...Won first place in the 5,000 meter run with a season best (18:26.47) at the 2012 Sparky Adams Invite (4/21/12).

2010-2011: Placed third (23:11.8) at NCAC Cross Country Championships leading the team to a second place finish and earning First Team All-Conference honors...Finished in 29th place (23:24) at NCAA Mid East Region Cross Country Championships helping the team to a 10th place finish and earning All-Region honors...Earned sixth place at NCAC Indoor Championships (3/4/11-3/5/11) in the 5,000 meter run (18:45.25)...Placed seventh at NCAC Outdoor Championships (5/6/11-5/7/11) in the 10,000 (39:12.10)

2009-2010: Earned first place in the 10,000 (39:40.42) meter run at NCAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships while collecting First Team All-Conference honors, while also earning a fourth place in the 5,000 meter run (18:53.60)...A personal best was recorded at the Allegheny College Invitational (5/14/10) in the 5,000 meter run (18:10.06)...Earned fifth place in the 5,000 meter run (18:57.19) at NCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (3/5/10-3/6/10) as well as seventh in the 3,000 meter run (10:55.26)...Placed third on the team and 12th (24:19.4) at NCAC Cross Country Championships (10/31/09) helping the team to a third place finish earning Second Team All-Conference honors...Placed 50th (23:40) at NCAA Mid East Cross Country Regionals (11/14/09) helping the team to an eighth place finish.
