MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Allegheny men's swimming and diving team collected a senior day win against Chatham Saturday (Jan. 13).
 
The Gators won all but one race as they defeated the Cougars 76-50.
 
Before the meet, the Gators honored senior Emmett Manning (Holmdel, N.J./Holmdel).
 
Manning was victorious in three races on his senior day. He picked up wins in the 50 freestyle (22.03), 100 backstroke (1:00.32) and the 100 butterfly (55.97).
 
Emmet Fluharty (Cleveland, Ohio/Cleveland Heights) also had three wins. He captured the 1,000 freestyle (11:40.87), the 100 breaststroke (1:07.43) and the 200 individual medley (2:11.70).
 
Jack Malnar (Brecksville, Ohio/Brecksville-Broadview Heights) took first in the 100 (55.98) and the 200 (1:52.52) freestyles while finishing second in the 500 freestyle.
