In the second set, the Gators once again jumped out to a big lead early on. This time, they were able to hold the advantage the entire way. The Lions fought back late in the set, but it was not enough as the Gators collected a 25-17 set win to move ahead in the match, 2-0.

The Gators controlled the final set from the onset, opening on a 5-0 run. The lead grew to as much as 12 before a block by Izzy Gray (Erie, Pa./Harbor Creek) and Javes gave the Gators the match win.
