WOOSTER, Ohio -- The Allegheny men's lacrosse team lost a 21-9 nonconference match to Wooster on Saturday.
Zackery Devers (Kapolei, Hawaii/Kapolei) scored two goals and passed out a team-high three assists to lead Allegheny with five points.
David Kraus (Sewickley, Pa./Quaker Valley) netted a hat trick and tallied an assist to record four points on the day.
Aidan D'Amato (Tolland,Conn./Tolland) and
Nick Gralewski (Meadville, Pa./Meadville) chipped in with two goals each.
Defensively,
Cameron Lynch (San Antonio, Texas/TMI Episcopal) scooped up a team-best five ground balls while
Cassady Bouthet (Vernon, Conn./Rockville) caused a pair of turnovers.
Eric Mirkovich (York, Pa./York Central) and
David Kratzenberg (Greensburg, Pa./Greensburg Central Catholic) split time in net and combined for 18 saves.
The Gators will conclude their 2021 campaign at Oberlin on Tuesday. Face off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
