The home of Allegheny College baseball is located within the 203-acre Robertson Athletic Complex. The area was first cleared in 1949 and was used for both soccer and baseball. In the late 1980s, Allegheny converted the site to a baseball-only facility. The latest round of upgrades, which were completed in the spring of 2023, include a state-of-the-art artificial turf infield, a new backstop, new scoreboard, and new dugouts.

Formerly known as the Robertson Baseball Field, the home of the Gators was formally dedicated to Robert M. Garbark '32 on April 21, 2023. Garbark was a multi-sport student-athlete at Allegheny who lettered in football and basketball when there was no collegiate baseball program. Following his graduation in 1932, Garbark embarked on a professional baseball career that included parts of seven major league seasons with four different teams.

Garbark returned to Allegheny as a physical education instructor in 1941. He reinstated the baseball program in 1947 after a 32-year hiatus and served as its head coach for the next 32 years. His teams won 14 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) championships, including five in a row from 1960-64. Garbark also served stints as head coach of the cross country, football, and men's basketball teams during his tenure at Allegheny. He was inducted into the Allegheny Athletics Hall of Fame in 1980.

Coinciding with the field dedication, the baseball field underwent the first of three phases of modernization leading up to the 2023 season. Future phases will include upgrades to the grandstands, press box, and batting cages, in addition to replacing the natural grass outfield with artifical turf.

During the early part of the spring season, the Gators have the luxury of utilizing two full-length indoor batting cages inside the David V. Wise Sport and Fitness Center. The indoor facilities allows the team to throw live bullpen sessions to hitters and engage in other baseball-related activities.
